We ship via FedEx Priority Overnight or UPS Next Day to ensure your coral arrives as quickly as possible.
Use the calendar tool to select a date to receive. Be sure to schedule it for a day you will be home to receive your package. Given the current challenges around shipping and the unpredictability of carriers we only ship Monday thru Wednesday.
If you so chose we can ship Friday delivery. However, we are not responsible in the event of a FedEx delay. A delay on Friday could result in the package being held over the weekend and potentially high DOAs. To arrange for a Friday delivery select the Thursday before as your shipping option and then add a note to the comments requesting delivery for Friday, the date, and acknowledgement of this policy.
'Hold for pick up' is an excellent option during periods of extreme temperature. These items are dropped off at a facility before the driver begins their route. This results in them being available far earlier in the day and prevents them from riding around on a hot or cold truck. To hold for pick-up at a Fedex/ UPS Store, please indicate it on your order in the comments section and give the address of the Fedex store where you'd like it held.
For each order we review your local weather conditions as well as weather for the shipping hubs through which your package will travel. In the event of severe weather we will postpone shipping until it is safe to ship. We may also blockout or reschedule certain ship dates if they coincide during periods of high volume or holidays that might adversely affect delivery of your package.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail with tracking information when your order has been shipped. We will hold orders for up to 7 days. After 7 days the customer is responsible for any losses in product. Shipping Cost:

LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE:
We professionally package your order to ensure that your coral will arrive in as pristine condition as possible. This includes multiple baggings, padding in the bag as well as between the corals and heat/cold packs. We give everything a final inspection to make certain everything leaves happy and healthy.
DOAs Must provide photo within 2-hours of time stamp DELIVERY (whether you receive it, held for pick up, or left outside your door). If you believe a piece is DOA, you must provide photo IN bag via email to BlueLineCoral@gmail.com
We will provide you with further information immediately. If photos are not provided within the first 2 hours of delivery, no credit will be given.
PayPal is a vital means for many hobbyists to support and grow their collection. It is imperative that in order to accept this method of payment, any DOA claims be brought to our attention and a good faith effort is made to resolve any issues. At the end of the day we want you to be satisfied and happy with your purchase so that you'll keep coming back. Please do not open a PayPal dispute without first working with us to resolve the issue.
Blue Line Coral LLC is not accountable for damages during shipping due to FedEx/UPS personnel, weather, or acts of god unless FedEx/UPS approves the claim and issues a credit. In the event of a loss or damaged package, it is the buyers responsibility to pursue a claim with FedEx/UPS.
Please allow time for coral to acclimate and adjust from the stress of shipping; most will bounce back once situated. DOA credit will be issued in the form of store credit valid for 6 months, however no refunds on shipping costs (unless FedEx/UPS issues a credit). DOA credit can not be used towards shipping costs. DOA credit cannot be stacked with other coupons or discounts.
We do our best to represent our coral via photos as accurately as possible. We are not responsible for different colors, shapes, and sizes due to change in lighting, tank conditions, and water parameters.
